Lambretta Watches provides a 2-years guarantee valid from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects such as faulty mechanisms, dials, and watch hands. For the guarantee to be valid, the guarantee card must be completed with watch model, your name, date of purchase, and be stamped and signed by an authorised Lambretta Watches dealer. If you encounter any problems with your Lambretta watch, return it to us in a padded envelope (to prevent damage) including your address, both inside and on the outside of the envelope (do not send the original packaging). Include this valid guarantee card, a description of the problem, and EURO 10 or USD 10 to cover administration costs and return postage (applies to repairs covered by the guarantee as well).
Lambretta Watches will pay for repair costs covered by the guarantee during the guarantee period. In the event of malfunction not covered by the guarantee, we will provide a price estimate before carrying out any necessary repairs. The guarantee does not cover winders/stems, watch glass, bracelets/watchstraps, batteries, and other parts suffering from normal wear, nor does it cover moisture damage incurred due to abnormal circumstances.
Normal wear and tear is inevitable. The watch will only perform to the way in which it is treated. Perfumes, colognes, hair spray, water and extreme temperatures (heat and steam) should not come into extreme contact with the watch, as this may affect the appearance of the watch.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
You should always use a qualified watch repairer to change battery (preferable Lambretta Authorized Dealer).
• Your watch need to be served once every second year to maintain water resistant. A Lambretta Authorized Dealer should do this.
• Never pull out the crown or use the pusher when the watch is wet.
• High differences in temperature may cause condense inside the watch (i.e from sunbathing to showering in cold water).
• Keep leather strap out of contact with water. If this occurs, leave the strap to dry properly.
